GENERAL DESCRIPTION & ARRANGEMENT:
“Bruja” is a sturdily built fiberglass sloop rigged deep draft, full keel sailboat designed by a famed British naval architect with off shore cruising in mind. This vessel features a large V-berth forward, main salon with galley and navigation station aft, and port and starboard settee seating. Her offshore cockpit is comfortable, and her interior volume is large for a vessel of her size.
NOTES ON HULL & DECK CONSTRUCTION:
The hull is constructed of heavily hand-laid fiberglass laminate, insulated with ½” closed cell foam, with internal keel ballast. The decks and cabin structure are a combination of Spruce, marine plywood and fiberglass cloth sheathing set in epoxy and polyester resins. |
